Diversity & Inclusion Manager, Early Careers - West London

Our client is looking for a creative and collaborative individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for diversity and inclusion and be able to bring that passion to the company's recruitment strategy, partnering with recruitment business partners advising on attraction, selection, and programme management.

Diversity & Inclusion Manager Responsibilities

Some of your duties will include:

· Being the business expert on diversity & inclusion ensuring hiring strategies are aligned to market trends and competitor approaches

· Confidently use data around diversity and inclusion to lead and implement change

· Managing events; designing, attending and facilitating specific events to support the promotion of diversity and inclusion

· Partnering with senior recruitment members to report on diversity initiatives, identifying areas to innovate processes

· Networking with internal and external partners to expand diversity and inclusion practices

Diversity & Inclusion Manager Experience Essentials

· Experience in the early career/campus recruitment sector, managing and delivering talent programmes

· Proven experience in recruitment with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives

· Experience in building strong relationships with external diversity and inclusion partners
