Our client is seeking an Administrator on an initial 2 Month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Working Hours and Pay rate:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 22 Hour per week.

Job Purpose:

To support the decision, policy-making or service planning process by ensuring that relevant and up to date evidence is available, or that evidence is collated in the most appropriate and cost-effective way, on which these decisions can be based.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To co-ordinate and manage an effective performance management framework on an annual basis and over the medium-term (4 years) timeframe of the Council Strategy
To effectively monitor and report data and performance outturns across individual services, projects and against the authority-wide performance framework
Provide information, support and advice to ensure decisions are based on the most robust, relevant and up to date data availableSkills and Experience:

2 years\' experience within either or both of the following: (a) policy (equality and diversity preferable), performance management or service improvement work in a corporate or service context; (b) designing, undertaking and analysing qualitative/quantitative research or consultation exercises.
Good IT skills related to data analysis and presentation of information and proficient in the use of standard MS Office software to communicate, extract and disseminate information.
Open-mindedness and a willingness to reflect on your own and learn from successes and failures
