Do’s and Donts
Sadly some recruiters believe if they get a diversity equality role, they should suddenly advertise it on a generalist diversity or ethnic job bank, this is really bad. Being a good Equality Diversity practitioner has nothing to do with your ethnic origin or diversity. Not only are you advertising in the wrong place your only showing an interest in recruiting diversely when you have role with the words “Equality” or “Diversity” in it, a really bad message to send out.
